We've partnered with several markets and restaurants, and collect surplus foods in order to distribute it to food banks and/or distribute the food directly to the homeless. For more information on which organizations, see the links page.
Focusing on women's and youth's self-sufficiency, we lend small
sums of money, {no interest is charged} to those striving to be entrepreneurs. We also provide grants. Additionally we train young women and youth on the skill-set needed to succeed: business, money management, savings, and investment consulting for free. When they pay back the loan, the initial amount of the micro-loan is released to the next young entrepreneur.
Nutritional literacy will be geared toward communities in need, teaching them how to plant, cultivate, and eat organic foods for optimum health of the body and land. We share the knowledge we have learned on how to avoid illnesses and/or heal them, in people and in the environment.
